Free fatty acid receptor 3 (FFAR3; GPR41) and hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 2 (HCAR2; GPR109B). NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. Prevent potassium ion efflux and reduce ASC oligomerization and speck formation.
