Recombinant Human MR-ProADM Protein, N-GST

Product Name: Recombinant Human MR-ProADM Protein, N-GST
CAT#: DBBDRP-2402-LGZ-107
Datasheet

Description

AM and PAMP are powerful agents that lower blood pressure and dilate blood vessels. They have various effects, most of which are related to the regulation of fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. In the kidneys, AM promotes urine production and sodium excretion, while both AM and PAMP directly inhibit the secretion of aldosterone from the adrenal glands. In the pituitary gland, both peptides suppress the release of basal ACTH at doses relevant to physiological conditions. These peptides also appear to act in the brain and pituitary gland to enhance plasma volume loss, which complements their hypotensive effects on blood vessels.
