Recombinant Human SQSTM1/p62 Protein, N-His

Product Name: Recombinant Human SQSTM1/p62 Protein, N-His
CAT#: DBBDRP-2402-LGZ-100
Datasheet

Description

Create an adapter protein capable of binding ubiquitin and potentially controlling the activation of NFKB1 through TNF-alpha, nerve growth factor (NGF), and interleukin-1. Additionally, investigate its role in downstream signaling of titin/TTN in muscle cells. Explore its potential to regulate signaling pathways via ubiquitination. Develop an adapter that facilitates interaction between TRAF6 and CYLD (similar to existing models). Investigate its involvement in cell differentiation, apoptosis, immune response, and regulation of K(+) channels.
