Insufficient genomic DNA for genomic analysis can be addressed by amplifying the entire genomic DNA present in the sample. The REPLI-g FFPE Kit, equipped with DNA polymerase, innovative buffers, and reagents, can effectively amplify the entire genome from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues without having to pre-purify the DNA. The process involves lysing the tissue sections, processing the DNA, ligation of DNA fragments and the subsequent amplification of the long strand DNA using REPLI-g technology. |
