The WGA can successfully cover the complete genome from single eukaryotic cells or 1 ng genomic DNA. The uncomplicated protocol, consisting of 3 steps, only needs 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. The procedure can consistently yield between 25-35 µg DNA from one eukaryotic cell. The package includes a cryo-protect reagent that can diminish DNA damage during single cell capture, storage or shipping. |
