Description

Aurora A Inhibitor I is a highly effective and selective inhibitor of Aurora A kinase (AurA), and IC50 values are 3.4 nM (Aurora A). It is a useful tool compound for investigating the cellular role of Aurora A kinases, and unusually high selectivity 1000 fold against Aurora B.
