YF-2
Description
YF-2 is a highly selective histone acetyltransferase activator that can pass through the blood-brain barrier. It can acetylate H3 in the hippocampus and can be used to fight cancer and Alzheimer's disease. The ec50s for CBP, PCAF and GCN5 are 2.75 μM, 29.04 μM and 49.31 μM respectively, but have no effect on HDAC.
